Orientation Intern

Position Summary
Supports the Human Resources Department by assisting with orientation programs for new employees, interns, and volunteers. Works under the guidance of the Orientation Team Lead to help coordinate orientation sessions, prepare materials, and support a welcoming onboarding experience. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in human resources, onboarding, or organizational culture. No prior experience is required. Training and guidance are provided.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with preparing and organizing orientation materials and resources
• Support coordination and scheduling of orientation sessions
• Help track orientation attendance, completion, and feedback
• Assist with welcoming and supporting new employees, interns, and volunteers
• Support collaboration with Human Resources and department teams
• Help ensure orientation materials reflect organizational policies and culture
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling onboarding information
• Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team
