Offboarding Coordinator
Position Summary
Supports the Human Resources Department by assisting with offboarding processes for departing employees, interns, and volunteers. Works under the guidance of the Offboarding Team Lead to help coordinate documentation, exit procedures, and transition tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in human resources operations, compliance, or organizational processes. No prior experience is required. Training and guidance are provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with preparing and organizing offboarding documentation and records
• Support tracking of offboarding tasks, timelines, and completion status
• Help coordinate communication related to departures and required steps
• Assist with exit interview scheduling and documentation as directed
• Support collaboration with Human Resources, IT, and department teams
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• Help ensure offboarding processes follow organizational policies and standards
• Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team
