Thermal Services Internship
POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Service team as a Services Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience across service delivery, customer support, and operational processes within our organization. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and possesses strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred experience: Candidates with solid Power BI skills, including the ability to build dashboards and reports, are strongly encouraged to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in providing frontline customer support through various channels. Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Support service delivery processes to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to service activities, including service requests, customer interactions, and service delivery metrics.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure service delivery meets established standards and customer expectations.
- Learn about our products and services to provide effective support and assistance to customers.
- Utilize Power BI (preferred) to support data visualization needs, such as building dashboards, generating reports, and helping the team monitor key service metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated work ethic and strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment and produce high‑quality work.
- Collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Preferred: Solid Power BI experience, including the ability to create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
