Job purpose
To support the Enterprise Engineering Systems (EES) team across a range of IT and engineering initiatives, including process optimization, technology innovation, and continuous improvement efforts, while also benchmarking and evaluating AI capabilities to drive strategic advancement.
Key responsibilities
Service Portfolio: Support the team in managing and enhancing the Service Portfolio across various IT and engineering domains—such as PLM, ALM, CAD, and SIM—while gaining hands‑on exposure to enterprise technologies and contributing to process and system improvement initiatives.
Identify AI Capabilities: Research and evaluate the AI capabilities of existing and potential software application vendors, providing insights and recommendations.
Benchmarking: Develop benchmarks to assess the migration, adoption, and efficiency of new technologies.
Metrics Measurement: Assist in creating methods to measure various departmental metrics and performance indicators.
Data Analysis: analyse data to provide insights on the performance of departmental metrics.
Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on findings and recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to gather requirements and feedback.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest improvements based on analysis and feedback to enhance efficiency.

What we’re looking for
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree: Majoring in IT, Engineering or similar field at accredited college
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and benchmarking inputs.

Technical Proficiency/Learner: Familiarity and/or strong interest in learning AI technologies, software evaluation, and product development tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail in research, analysis, and reporting.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and support various departmental needs.
Hands-On: Ideal candidates can work independently and in teams, adapt quickly, show a strong willingness to learn, and have some exposure or hands‑on experience with IT systems (servers, clients, or applications) is a plus.
Must be able to report onsite at least 3 days a week.
