Position: Project Management Internship
Location: Glen Arbor, MI (Hybrid)
Summary of Position:
Cherry Republic is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Marketing team with a focus on project management. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and seeing complex projects through from start to finish. This is a temporary position that will tentatively run mid-May through mid-August.
About the Role (Responsibilities):
This internship will focus on project managing two key internal initiatives within our Marketing department:
1. Process Creation & Documentation
- Help design and document clear, repeatable processes for managing food and non-food products
- Support the organization and standardization of image files and related assets
- Assist in defining how work flows from intake to execution across team
2. Legacy Data Migration
- Help move existing (legacy) product and image data into newly defined processes
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and organization during the transition
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement along the way
This role will work closely with the Marketing team and cross-functional partners, gaining real-world experience in how projects move inside a fast-paced, multi-channel brand.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
- Strong interest in project management, operations, or marketing
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing tasks independently and tracking progress
- Self-directed, with the ability to ask questions and take initiative
- Tenacious follow-through - you don't drop balls and you close loops
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, shared documents, and digital tools (experience with project management tools is a plus, but not required)
