Support Health and Safety program development by identifying opportunities to update standards and tools
Enhance training and Safety audit effectiveness using learning principles and digital tools to improve communication, engagement, and quality.
Collaborate globally to advance a safer, sustainable, and productive future while working flexibly across time zones.
Responsibilities
At TE Connectivity, you’ll be part of a global collaborative culture where your innovative approach and actions have the potential to transform the world of tomorrow. In this role you’ll:
Improve Health and Safety standards, training content, and audit protocols.
Enhance training engagement and update communications using digital tools.
Optimize SharePoint and learning platforms; support audits through data collection and reporting.
Coordinate tasks with project management tools and contribute to continuous improvement.
You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:
Have earned a high school diploma or GED and a BA/BS Degree.
Are currently enrolled in, or pursuing, a MA/MS Degree in Occupational Health and Safety from an accredited college or university—or have equivalent work experience (gap year students may also be considered).
Preferably have prior internship experience or have completed a major project
Are authorized to work in the U.S.
