SMTD Box Office Assistant

The SMTD Box Office Assistant will sell tickets to SMTD performances and provide warm and professional customer service to performance patrons. 

The SMTD Box Office Assistant will: 

• Use computerized systems to sell tickets
• Securely execute both cash and credit card sales
• Issue complimentary student tickets in alignment with department policies
• Troubleshoot minor ticketing issues and appropriately escalate elevated troubleshooting to the Box Office Manager
• Answer patron inquiries and be knowledgeable about theatre policies and the SMTD season

Primary hours are during nights and weekends. 

Work study eligible students encouraged.
