Growth Marketing Intern
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Growth Marketing Intern to join our Growth team at HackerEarth. In this role, you will support community-building and growth initiatives by working closely with student communities and assisting with outreach and engagement programs.
You will collaborate with the central growth team and brands like Amazon, Google, Hubspot and gain hands-on exposure to how community-led growth and go-to-market initiatives are executed at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Support community growth and engagement initiatives across campuses and online platforms
- Engage with student groups, clubs, and communities through online and offline channels
- Assist in executing outreach and promotional campaigns for platform initiatives
- Help identify, onboard, and support campus or community ambassadors
- Coordinate with student organizations to support events, challenges, or programs
- Collect feedback from communities and share insights with the growth team
Requirements
- Currently enrolled US-based undergraduate or graduate student
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Active involvement in campus clubs, student organizations, or online communities
- Interest in marketing, growth, community building, or startups
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
