Educational Recommendations:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field at an accredited U.S. university.
Your responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business and project data to support PMO operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for project delivery and resource utilization.
- Assist with project governance activities, including status reporting, risk tracking, and milestone reviews.
- Identify and document process improvement opportunities and standardized PMO workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare insights for PMO leadership to drive strategic decisions.
Your skills and experience
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
