Business Operations Intern

Position: Business Operations Intern

Number of Position (s): 1

Duration: 10 weeks

Date: June – August 2026

Location: Onsite, Dallas TX

 

Educational Recommendations:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field at an accredited U.S. university.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret business and project data to support PMO operations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for project delivery and resource utilization.
  • Assist with project governance activities, including status reporting, risk tracking, and milestone reviews.
  • Identify and document process improvement opportunities and standardized PMO workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare insights for PMO leadership to drive strategic decisions.

 

Your skills and experience

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
