Role-Specific Requirements for Workday Graduate Consultants at Kainos:


Workday Graduate Consultant Human Capital Management (HCM)

Transform traditional HR functions (recruiting, training, payroll, compensation, performance management, reporting) into opportunities for engagement, productivity, and business improvement

Support the successful specification, design, and configuration of enterprise-scale Workday product solutions

Collaborate with internal delivery teams to provide fit-for-purpose and commercially viable solutions

Understand and translate customer requirements

Perform hands-on product configuration

 

Workday Graduate Financials Consultant

Transform traditional accounting processes (billing, collection, manage contracts and accounting) into opportunities by streamlining processes

Support the successful specification, design, and configuration of enterprise-scale Workday product solutions

Collaborate with internal delivery teams to provide fit-for-purpose and commercially viable solutions

Understand and translate customer requirements

Perform hands-on product configuration

 

Workday Graduate Data Consultant

Good understanding of the Workday or cloud delivery methodologies including the relevance of different stages of the project lifecycle

Converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM and Financial Systems

 

Workday Graduate Smart Test / Smart Audit Consultant

Support the implementation or the improvement of our cloud based automated testing application

You will work with global brands to solve testing problems through Smart Automation for our customers Workday implementation

Transfer knowledge to the customer on Kainos Smart Testing tool of functionality and how to use the tool

 

 Workday Graduate Integrations Consultant

Proficiency with XML, XPath and XSLT, and be knowledgeable in an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)

Good understanding of cloud computing, web services and associated integration challenges

Collaborate with integration consultants to deliver integration solutions for the Workday HCM system

Capture requirements, document, implement, deploy, and support integration solutions within a Workday implementation project, with guidance from senior consultants

Develop and share expert knowledge of Workday product, integration platform toolset, and HCM/Financials business domain

Build strong customer relationships to understand and align integration solutions with their needs

Ensure integration solutions are fit for purpose and commercially viable

 

Core Requirements for All Workday Graduate Consultant Positions:

Currently enrolled in or have completed a bachelor’s degree before January 2027 in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Economics, or other related degree from a university of recognized standing

Good communication skills, and willing to assume a customer facing role, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients

Capable of working within teams and alongside customers, as well as on your individual tasks with limited supervision. Able to manage your time effectively and record it accurately

Are legally eligible to work in USA with no restrictions or time limits and able to enter Canada to work on client assignments

Thriving on collaboration, we welcome candidates who can join us in person at our vibrant Downtown Indy office, where we're excited to provide hands-on support and foster an inclusive workplace culture. There will be an in-office requirement of 5 days per week, at the beginning of the program.
