NetSuite Communications Intern
Must be enrolled in a university prior to and post internship.

Communications Intern
The NetSuite Communications intern will work on a variety of projects in support of NetSuite’s external and internal communications strategies. You will work alongside the Communications Team contributing compelling ideas to advance NetSuite’s story and keep employees informed of key initiatives and milestones.
Responsibilities
- Support NetSuite’s global employee advocacy program, including drafting and reviewing content and flagging published posts relevant to key business functions and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Social Media, Employee Engagement, HR, and Events teams to identify opportunities for cross-promotion
- Support LinkedIn presence of NetSuite executives
- Support internal communications strategy and execution across key channels (Slack, email, video, webinar), including management of global editorial calendar
- Support the comms planning and execution of key culture and inclusion moments based on communication calendar
What You’ll Bring
- Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree – ideally in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional professionalism and work ethic
- A passion for storytelling and the ability to distill complex, technical information into easily digestible chunks
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
- Experience with tools like Slack, Sprinklr, Photoshop, etc. is a plus!

Our intern program is designed for rising seniors, as our goal is to convert interns to full-time employees the following year. Because of this, candidates must be graduating by May 2027 to be eligible.
