Role Overview
We are looking for a LinkedIn Marketing Intern with hands-on experience in LinkedIn content creation and B2B lead generation. This role is highly execution-focused and directly tied to pipeline growth. You will work closely with the founding and GTM team to design, execute, and iterate LinkedIn-based lead generation and content strategies.
Responsibilities
- Create professional LinkedIn content including posts, visuals, short videos, and carousels aligned with OCBridge and Hiring Copilot’s positioning
- Execute LinkedIn lead generation through connection notes, direct messages, InMails, and coordinated email outreach
- Research and experiment with different LinkedIn outreach frameworks to improve response and conversion rates
- Use AI tools to efficiently generate high-quality written and visual content while maintaining a professional B2B tone
- Track performance metrics such as engagement, reply rates, and lead quality, and iterate based on results
Requirements
- Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing, preferably for B2B, startups, or professional services
- Strong ability to create polished visual and video content efficiently using modern tools
- Experience generating leads via LinkedIn notes, messages, InMails, and email outreach
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, editing, and workflow acceleration
- Strong written English and understanding of professional LinkedIn communication norms
- Must include a LinkedIn profile URL in the resume or cover letter
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing SaaS, AI products, or recruiting / HR solutions
- Basic understanding of sales funnels, GTM, or B2B buyer personas
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, iteration-driven startup environment
