HR Administrative Assistant

You can look forward to these exciting tasks

  • Provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, termination, and personnel record maintenance
  • Assist with apprenticeship/vocational education programs by coordinating documentation, scheduling, and compliance with program policies
  • Support onboarding activities such as preparing name badges, coordinating contract signatures, and arranging business photos
  • Maintain and update employee data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Prepare meeting materials, support daily office operations, and contribute to smooth team processes
  • Partner with People & Organization colleagues to implement strategies, policies, and talent development initiatives
  • Contribute to general business support functions to help achieve organizational goals

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with SAP is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and develop within People & Organization topics, including recruiting, training, and employee relations

Qualification 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development or related (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and a learning mindset
