Social Media Intern
Social Media Intern support the digital media staff to develop and implement outreach and promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement and increase revenue. We are in the process of launching our TikTok shop and would like to hire someone to assist in the process, including tweaks to the creation, implementing weekly posts and working with influencers to increase sales through the new platform. The duties and responsibilities of a Social Media Intern include:
- Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns on TikTok
- Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites
- Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
- Support marketing team at live and online events, such as photo shoots.
- Perform social media marketing research
- Assist on influencer campaign strategy
- Respond to comments and DMs on TikTok
- Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
- Help create and edit short-form videos
- Develop new strategies for increasing engagement
- Assist with photo/video content shoots
- Ensure brand message is consistent
