Recruitment Operations Intern

As a AI Recruitment Operations Intern, you will work at the intersection of recruiting, operations, and AI, supporting high-volume talent sourcing and ensuring data quality and operational excellence across our global hiring programs.

Role Overview

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 3–6 months

Type: Unpaid Internship (w/fulltime return offer possibilities)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of OCBridge’s AI-powered Virtual Sourcer workflows
  • Follow up with candidates to validate interest, availability, and role alignment
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to confirm availability, compensation
  • expectations, location, and work authorization
  • Perform candidate data labeling and annotation to ensure accuracy and improve
  • AI sourcing quality
  • Maintain and update candidate records across recruiting systems and databases
  • Track and manage operational KPIs, including candidate uploads, response time,
  • etc.
  • Support reporting, data quality checks, and process improvements across global
  • recruitment operations

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, HR, Psychology,
  • Data, Communications, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Comfortable speaking with candidates via phone calls
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Interest in recruiting, HR operations, AI, or people analytics

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, or CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive operational tasks
