Position Overview

This internship blends interactive digital training with structured operational thinking. Interns participate in simulation‑style activities that strengthen multitasking, pattern recognition, communication, timing, and decision accuracy — all essential skills for digital media operations, live content coordination, and creative production.

In parallel, interns gain hands‑on experience in digital event planning, content operations, multimedia coordination, creative development, and youth‑focused media initiatives. You’ll collaborate with Zoo Media’s creative teams while gaining exposure to real‑world digital business systems.

Key Responsibilities

Interactive Training & Digital Simulation

  • Participate in structured digital simulations designed to build focus, spatial awareness, reaction speed, and decision‑making under pressure.
  • Learn how operational concepts translate into digital media workflows, live content coordination, and creative production environments.
  • Analyze performance data to improve accuracy, efficiency, and creative execution.

Digital Event & Program Operations

  • Assist in planning and coordinating Zoo Media’s digital events, youth‑centered programs, and interactive experiences.
  • Support scheduling, participant onboarding, guidelines development, and operational logistics.
  • Participate in live operations, monitoring engagement and contributing to post‑event reporting.

Content, Media & Creative Support

  • Assist with live digital sessions, virtual events, and multimedia production.
  • Create blogs, social posts, highlight reels, and recaps for Zoo Media initiatives.
  • Support interviews with creators, community members, and partners to generate authentic content.

Creative Strategy & Youth Engagement

  • Learn the fundamentals of digital branding, community engagement, and creator‑driven storytelling.
  • Assist with research, concept development, and youth‑focused creative initiatives.
  • Explore career paths across digital media, operations, creative production, marketing, and technology.

Qualifications

  • Strong focus, discipline, and situational awareness.
  • Interest in digital media, interactive experiences, creative operations, or structured simulation systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in structured environments.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, or similar is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast‑paced, live or semi‑live environments.

No degree required — performance, commitment, and coachability matter most.
