Crafted Highlights:   

In the role of IT Rotational Program Professional working in Milwaukee, WI you will be at the Milwaukee Brewery for the first rotation. Following the first rotation, you will work in Milwaukee, WI corporate office for the remainder of the rotations. Throughout the program you will be part of the enterprise architecture team. You will be part of a structured 2-year program designed to provide you with exposure to various facets of information technology within our organization. The length of each assignment varies, with no less than eight months per rotation. You will gain skills and knowledge such as software development, data automation, visualization / analytic tools, cyber security practices, SAP / Salesforce configuration, cloud computing, and end user services.

This program aims to equip you with both breadth and depth in our industry that could put you years ahead of peers in traditional industry work, easing the transition into early career level roles today while laying the groundwork for long‑term growth at Molson Coors. You will contribute to the achievement of a range of goals and work with multiple IT groups throughout your tenure. You will also have opportunities to participate in different culture and community-based activities that the Technology Innovation team conducts throughout the year.

 

This position reports to the Enterprise Architect and works closely with a variety of IT professionals, leaders, and business stakeholders.

 

What You’ll Be Brewing: 

 

Supply Chain Technology 

  • Gain hands-on experience across key brewery operations including Brew, Pack, Ship, and Utilities, while supporting frontline workers with incident resolution and logging.
  • Configure and deploy devices with updated software, settings, and network connectivity to ensure seamless integration with brewery systems and infrastructure.
  • Leverage data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports and support real-time monitoring and diagnosis of brewery network performance.

 

Data, Analytics & AI 

  • Develop foundational data competencies, with a focus on understanding data and learning essential tools like BI, SQL, and Python.
  • Provide hands-on support for data products, using data visualization or engineering techniques to solve real-world problems.
  • Engage in the Data Literacy Program, contributing to initiatives that promote data fluency across the organization.

 

IT Security 

  • Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents, contributing to real-time threat detection and resolution.
  • Learn and apply various security tools/techniques, including security information, event management systems, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Support key security initiatives and projects, aligned with company priorities and evolving cybersecurity challenges.

 

Solution Design/Engineering (multiple IT areas) 

  • Build foundational relationships with key IT stakeholders, including Product Solution Owners, by supporting the delivery of key projects aligned with the Annual Operations Plan, including participation in cutovers and go-lives.
  • Learn and apply project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Innovation, Support) across business and IT processes.
  • Engage in hands-on project work, contributing to process design, system configuration, master data management, testing, and transition to support teams.
  • Leveraging AI tools to improve processes and documentation. Encouraging to build prototypes using MS CoPilot and other existing tools.
  • Include working on various automation projects. For example, cloud server build automation, AI-assisted API engineering, and scripting tasks.

 

Key Ingredients: 

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in (Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering) OR equivalent experience in the field of IT 
  • You have a strong foundational technical literacy, data fluency, and cyber security awareness
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $58,700.00 - $77,100.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
