Role Purpose:

The primary responsibility is to provide engineering support for our customer strain gage, thermocouple, and ancillary sensor installations

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Engineers with their daily work with 3D scanning, AutoCAD drawings, ECNs, and Job Setups.
  • Provide costing information to the application engineers for the purpose of generating a quotation for the customer.
  • Liaison with the internal HITE Clabs performing the installation work; this includes generating the document package given to the lab (drawings, technical requirements, etc.) as well as generating initial job setup information for the customer service department.
  • Other duties assigned by HITEC Engineering Manager

Qualifications and Competencies Required:

  • Actively pursuing 4-year Engineering degree
  • Ability to read, understand and articulate technical outline drawings.
  • Attention to details and concern of accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks. Sound Organizational skills are critical
  • Ability to work with test rigs and test equipment. Recording and analysing data using HITE Ccurrent DAQ systems.
  • Must have computer skills (MS office suite)
