Sweetwine Enterprises is a life coaching agency exclusively for current and former athletes at all levels and any sport (high school, college, pro). We serve clients fully remote and online.

This is a non-clinical role. We provide life coaching support only. We do not offer therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. This is not a nutrition, fitness, or strength & conditioning role.

Sweetwine Enterprises is an early-stage company (founded under 3 years ago).

This internship is a key part of our internal growth as we scale our coaching lanes nationally and advance our operational systems. You will work directly with the CEO/Founder throughout your internship.

Internship Overview

We are bringing in a Fully Remote Business Operations & Client Success Intern to support company systems, client support coordination, and internal coach management.

You will assist in maintaining the operational backbone of a growing athlete-focused company.

This internship is ideal for those interested in:

Commitment

• 2 consistent days per week
• Fully remote
• 3-month internship program
• Evaluation checkpoints throughout

This is an uncompensated role for the 3 month duration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with support inquiries from clients, coaches, executive, and brand ambassadors
• Help maintain Google Workspace systems (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
• Organize client vault structures and internal documentation
• Assist with onboarding coordination for new coaches
• Support scheduling systems (Google Calendar/Meet)
• Maintain structured internal communication standards
• Help refine operational templates and internal workflows
• Contribute ideas to improve the client and coach experience

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Interest in sports, athletics, or athlete development
• Responsive and hard working

Preferred

• Former/current athlete (not required, but encouraged)
• Desire to grow in Leadership or in team environments
• Interest in entrepreneurship or long-term growth
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
