As an AI Recruitment Assistant Intern, you will work at the intersection of recruiting, operations, and AI, supporting high-volume talent sourcing and ensuring data quality and operational excellence across our global hiring programs.
Role Overview
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 3 months
Type: Unpaid Internship (w/fulltime return offer possibilities)
What You’ll Do
AI & Recruiting Operations
- Support day-to-day execution of AI-powered Virtual Sourcer workflows to enhance talent sourcing efficiency
- Engage with candidates to validate interest, availability, and role alignment
- Conduct initial phone screenings to confirm eligibility, compensation expectations, location, and work authorization
- Manage candidate communications and support high-volume recruiting pipelines
Data & Analytics
- Maintain and update candidate records across recruiting systems and databases
- Monitor operational KPIs, including candidate activity, response time, and workflow performance
- Support reporting and data quality validation across global recruitment operations
Process Improvement & Quality Assurance
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and operational processes
- Support data accuracy checks and system optimization efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve recruiting operations and candidate experience

Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable conducting phone conversations with candidates
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and accountability
- Interest in recruiting, HR operations, AI technology, or data-driven business processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, CRM systems, or applicant tracking systems
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage repetitive operational tasks with accuracy and consistency
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to collaborate across time zones in a global team setting
- Mandarin preferred but not required
