Responsibilities:
Market & Application Research
- Conduct application and market segment mapping to identify trends, gaps, and emerging opportunities.
- Support new market segment research and analyze insights to support strategy and product development discussions.
- Assist in the creation of a market segment plan.
Commercial Pipeline Support
- Work with the Commercial team to update and maintain the pipeline CRM system.
- Assist with prospecting new customers and identifying potential growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Customer Engagement & Events
- Support preparation and execution of customer tech days, including coordinating materials, scheduling, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in the creation of presentations or documentation used in customer meetings.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Anticipated graduation date Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
- GPA 2.8 or higher
- Microsoft suite proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and learning agility
- Proven success working in a team environment
- Interest in, and motivated by, building new sustainable high-margin business
- Ability to work in the U.S. with no restrictions (OPT H1b, TN visa currently not supported)
