Application Development Engineer Intern

Responsibilities:

Market & Application Research

  • Conduct application and market segment mapping to identify trends, gaps, and emerging opportunities.
  • Support new market segment research and analyze insights to support strategy and product development discussions.
  • Assist in the creation of a market segment plan.

Commercial Pipeline Support

  • Work with the Commercial team to update and maintain the pipeline CRM system.
  • Assist with prospecting new customers and identifying potential growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Customer Engagement & Events

  • Support preparation and execution of customer tech days, including coordinating materials, scheduling, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist in the creation of presentations or documentation used in customer meetings.

 

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Anticipated graduation date Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
  • GPA 2.8 or higher
  • Microsoft suite proficiency: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and learning agility
  • Proven success working in a team environment
  • Interest in, and motivated by, building new sustainable high-margin business
  • Ability to work in the U.S. with no restrictions (OPT H1b, TN visa currently not supported)
