Recruitment Internship Program (NYC)

We’re hiring a Recruitment Intern to join our NYC team. This opportunity is ideal for current undergraduate or graduate students who want hands-on experience in a fast-paced, business-driven environment.

 

Spend your internship at one of NYC’s most established search firms (28 years and counting!). You’ll work directly with top-performing Executive Recruiters and gain real exposure to business development, consultative sales, negotiation strategy, and revenue generation in a competitive market.

 

Through structured training and mentorship, you’ll develop practical skills in candidate sourcing, outreach, relationship-building, interviewing, and managing parts of the recruitment lifecycle. High-performing interns will have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility and be considered for full-time roles upon graduation.

Responsibilities

  • Source, research, and identify qualified candidates for open roles
  • Build and maintain targeted candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
  • Proactively reach out to passive candidates and gauge interest
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in our proprietary database
  • Re-engage candidates to update employment status and availability
  • Support senior recruiters with research and market-mapping projects

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student 
  • Interested in recruiting, sales, or business development 
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and professionally mature
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Creative thinker who can adapt quickly in conversations
  • Competitive, driven, and eager to learn
  • Familiarity with MS Office, LinkedIn, and social media platforms is a plus
