Position Overview:
OooWee LLC is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to build their portfolio while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-growing agency. As our Social Media Marketing Intern, you will be in the driver’s seat of digital growth. You will assist in the end-to-end lifecycle of social media management from the initial "whiteboard" strategy to the final analytics report. This role is perfect for a self-starter who lives on TikTok/Reels, understands the "vibe" of different platforms, and wants to see their creative work drive real business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Orchestration: Assist in the launch and optimization of social media profiles (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, FB) ensuring a cohesive, high-end visual identity.
- Content Curating & Creation: Develop high-engagement assets, including short-form video (Reels/TikToks), aesthetic graphics, and high-conversion captions.
- Trend Harvesting: Actively monitor viral trends, audio cues, and platform algorithm shifts to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
- Strategic Growth: Implement "Growth Hacking" techniques (community engagement, hashtag strategy, and networking) to build authentic follower bases from scratch.
- Analytics & Insight: Monitor performance metrics using Meta Business Suite and other tools; translate "likes" into actionable insights for the team.
- Collaborative Innovation: Participate in weekly creative sprints to brainstorm fresh campaign concepts for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or recent graduate).
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and their best practices. - A strong portfolio or personal social presence demonstrating skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep familiarity with the nuances of TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You know what works on a Story vs. what works on a Feed.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to pivot between a "professional/authoritative" tone and a "trendy/relatable" one.
- Since we are 100% remote, you must be disciplined, communicative, and able to hit deadlines without constant oversight.
- We are looking for someone who wants to eventually lead a team. A proactive "I noticed this trend, can I try it?" attitude is your biggest asset here.
- Understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite) to measure and optimize performance.
- Creative, with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.
- Experience with influencer marketing, paid social media ads, or SEO is a plus.
