As an Advertising, Sponsorship & Marketing Strategy Intern, you’ll work alongside leadership to develop campaigns, pitch partnership ideas, and support strategic initiatives that fuel creator‑centered programs, media projects, and mission‑driven brand collaborations. You won’t just observe — you’ll help lead conversations, craft proposals, and contribute to real campaigns that make an impact.

What You’ll Do

Innovative Sales & Sponsorship Strategy

  • Support the development of advertising and sponsorship strategies for entertainment, creator, and digital initiatives
  • Help coordinate partnership concepts, campaign rollouts, and cross‑platform promotional strategies
  • Contribute ideas that align brand goals with UEV’s mission of empowering creators and emerging talent

Smart Outreach & Relationship Building

  • Identify potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators across industries
  • Assist in pitching, follow‑ups, proposal creation, and meeting coordination
  • Learn how to communicate value, build trust, and support long‑term partnerships
  • Help expand UEV’s network across entertainment, sports, and digital media

Bridging Sales & Marketing

  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align sponsorship efforts with brand identity and campaign goals
  • Support the development of promotional materials, pitch decks, and partnership assets
  • Ensure messaging is consistent, mission‑aligned, and creator‑centered
  • Assist in shaping brand narratives that resonate with youth and entertainment audiences

Strengthening Brand Partnerships

  • Maintain communication with partners, agencies, and collaborators
  • Assist in coordinating promotional content, digital activations, and brand integrations
  • Support campaign execution across social, digital, and experiential platforms
  • Help ensure partner deliverables are met with professionalism and creativity

Research‑Driven Strategy

  • Analyze emerging markets, competitor strategies, and partnership trends
  • Evaluate new sponsorship models and opportunities for growth
  • Provide insights that help shape long‑term strategy and innovation
  • Support data‑driven decision‑making for entertainment and creator‑focused campaigns

Ideal Candidate

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, Sports Management, Social Media, or related fields
  • Strong interest in advertising, brand partnerships, digital media, and creative strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, MS Office, or CRM systems (bonus)
