Political Canvasser

Kolehouse Strategies is a dynamic political consulting firm with a desire to help elect candidates, pass important legislation and initiatives while developing its employees for the betterment of our communities. We specialize in coordinating door to door canvass programs, petition signature collection, membership involvement efforts, and campaign management.

We are currently partnered with several ballot issue committees and political candidates who will be running for office. We will be collecting voter signatures on petitions to qualify both these candidates and issues for elections.

Kolehouse Strategies is looking for energetic, outgoing, and accountable individuals to collect petition signatures for these candidates by posting up in high traffic areas and attending events throughout the Grand Rapids Metro area.

  • Work in a team oriented environment with an established community outreach organization!
  • Ideal candidates have great communication skills, a strong work ethic, and are available to work full time.
  • Shifts are available Monday - Saturday. Overtime will be paid for those who work over 40 hours per week.
  • Future work and advancement opportunities for those who perform well.
  • Please note this job is primarily performed outside and is not weather dependent.
  • Canvasser hourly rate is $20/hour plus daily per signature bonus opportunities.
  • Field Manager hourly rate is $22/hour plus daily per signature bonus opportunities.
  • Individuals who help drive teams are reimbursed at 72.5 cents per mile.
