The Culture, Engagement & Performance Analyst Internship is designed for emerging analysts who want to build performance frameworks that support high‑growth environments. You’ll design KPI scorecards, analyze engagement data, evaluate workflows, and recommend improvements that strengthen team alignment and the creator experience.
This internship is open to university students, community college learners, SkillBridge participants, apprentices, and civilian candidates seeking hands‑on experience in culture analytics, operations, and performance strategy.
What You’ll Do
Performance Scorecard & KPI Development
- Design performance scorecards for interns, creative teams, and operational units
- Define measurable KPIs aligned with role expectations and organizational goals
- Build dashboards that track weekly and monthly performance metrics
- Connect performance indicators to UEV’s growth, creator outcomes, and program impact
Structured Feedback & Evaluation Cycles
- Develop structured feedback surveys for interns, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams
- Create standardized performance review templates for 30‑60‑90 day cycles
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify trends and opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership
Engagement & Productivity Analytics
- Track attendance, participation, deliverable completion, and workflow efficiency
- Analyze engagement patterns across departments and creator‑focused programs
- Identify factors influencing morale, performance, and retention
- Prepare executive summaries highlighting strengths, gaps, and improvement areas
Operational Improvement & Culture Strategy
- Present data‑driven recommendations to leadership
- Identify bottlenecks in onboarding, communication, training, or workflow systems
- Support implementation of performance optimization strategies
- Measure the impact of improvements over time
Recognition & Accountability Systems
- Design structured recognition programs tied to measurable performance
- Develop accountability frameworks aligned with KPI benchmarks
- Create transparent reporting mechanisms that reinforce expectations
- Build performance‑tracking tools that support healthy competition and team alignment
Requirements
- Interest in HR analytics, operations management, organizational psychology, or performance systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Comfort working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and structured data
- Ability to interpret trends and translate findings into recommendations
- Professional communication skills for leadership‑level reporting
- Availability for virtual meetings:
- Mondays @ 9:00 AM MST
- Wednesdays @ 10:00 AM MST
