USAEV HR Systems Specialist Internship - Remote

Engineer the Infrastructure. Automate the Workflow. Scale the Workforce.

At USA Entertainment Ventures, people operations must scale as intelligently as our entertainment, NIL, esports, and digital media platforms. As our internship, SkillBridge, creator‑development, and media divisions expand, HR cannot rely on manual processes. We require integrated systems, automation, and data‑driven workflows that support a fast‑moving, multi‑industry organization.

The HR Systems & Automation Specialist Internship focuses on building the operational backbone of workforce management. You’ll design CRM‑based HR workflows, implement automation, create digital compliance systems, and develop dashboards that support scalable workforce growth across UEV’s entertainment and creator‑focused ecosystem.

This internship is available through SkillBridge, apprenticeship pathways, and civilian internship tracks.

What You’ll Do

CRM‑Based HR Workflow Implementation

  • Design and implement HR workflows within UEV’s CRM and operations platforms
  • Automate candidate intake, onboarding, and role‑assignment processes
  • Build structured approval pathways for hiring, transitions, and internal movement
  • Create automated follow‑up sequences and status‑tracking systems that reduce manual work

Digital Employee Files & Compliance Systems

  • Develop secure digital employee files and documentation repositories
  • Implement compliance tracking for certifications, agreements, and onboarding requirements
  • Create access controls and version‑management systems for HR documentation
  • Align HR records with federal, enterprise, and SkillBridge standards

HR System Integration & AI‑Enabled Support

  • Integrate HR systems with communication and collaboration platforms
  • Build structured workflows connecting HR, leadership, and department heads
  • Deploy AI agents to assist with onboarding, policy navigation, and internal FAQs
  • Automate internal ticketing systems for HR support and issue resolution

Performance Review Automation

  • Design structured 30‑60‑90 day review cycles for interns and staff
  • Automate performance reminders, evaluation workflows, and follow‑up tasks
  • Build KPI‑tracking templates aligned with departmental objectives
  • Develop dashboards that give leadership visibility into workforce performance

Internship & SkillBridge Tracking Dashboards

  • Create centralized dashboards to track internship progression and deliverables
  • Monitor attendance, meeting participation, and milestone completion
  • Build reporting tools for SkillBridge documentation and compliance
  • Develop analytics that measure workforce throughput, engagement, and readiness

Requirements

  • Interest in HR technology, operations systems, workflow automation, or workforce analytics
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to compliance and detail
  • Comfort working within CRM systems and automation platforms
  • Understanding of workflow logic, system integration, or process mapping
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to build structured tracking systems
  • Availability for virtual meetings:
    • Mondays @ 9:00 AM MST
    • Wednesdays @ 10:00 AM MST
    • Fridays @ 8:00 AM MST
  • Self‑disciplined, proactive, and committed to building scalable operational systems
