The HR Project Intern will focus on helping make HR processes easier to understand for employees and leaders. While HR policies and forms already exist, many people need clearer examples and step-by-step guidance on how to complete forms and follow HR processes correctly. These materials will help employees better understand HR topics and feel more confident using HR tools and processes. This is a great opportunity to build skills in communication, project support, and digital resource development while learning how HR works in a large organization.

Some responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support HR projects by creating clear, user-friendly resources
  • Help develop how-to guides, sample forms, and short instructional videos
  • Organize and update HR documentation
  • Work with HR staff to gather information and feedback
  • Assist with improving HR processes and tools.
