PlanBrite | Customer Research & Feedback Intern | DivInc

This position at PlanBrite is a paid, remote Customer Research & Feedback Intern role ($22/hr). The intern will conduct structured customer interviews, extract testimonials, write case studies, build surveys, analyze feedback, and translate insights into sales-aligned marketing content. This role provides hands-on experience in B2B SaaS customer research, case study development, competitive positioning, and social proof strategy within a fast-scaling startup environment. This is a role with a startup in the Blackstone LaunchPad Internship Program, through this startup’s relationship with LaunchPad nonprofit partner, DivInc. Salary: $22hr
