This position at Alchemy Consulting Group is a 35-hour/week paid Content & Learning Development Intern role ($22/hr), remote or hybrid (Houston-based). The intern will audit and rebrand leadership development and change management content, standardize proprietary frameworks, conduct industry research, and prepare licensing-ready training materials and collateral. This role focuses on instructional design, content strategy, and productizing consulting IP into scalable offerings for licensing partners. This is a role with a startup in the Blackstone LaunchPad Internship Program, through this startup’s relationship with LaunchPad nonprofit partner, DivInc. Salary: $22hr
