About the Role

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join a fast-growing team focused on building data-driven solutions. In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to develop predictive models, generate insights, and drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and actionable insights

Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models

Build predictive and classification models using statistical techniques

Perform feature engineering and model optimization

Design A/B tests and evaluate experiment performance

Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Collaborate with data engineers to improve data pipelines
Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in data science or related field

Strong proficiency in Python

Solid knowledge of SQL

Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn

Familiarity with data analysis tools like Pandas and NumPy

Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing

Experience working with large datasets
Nice to Have

Experience in fintech / healthcare / e-commerce domains

Experience with NLP or recommendation systems

Strong communication and storytelling skills
