Are you a junior currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree and interested in building a career in sales? Join Convergenz this summer as a Recruiting Intern and gain hands‑on experience at the intersection of sales, recruiting, and business development.
This internship is specifically designed for students who are eager to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales and IT staffing, develop consultative selling skills, and work closely with experienced sales and recruiting professionals. Through real‑world exposure, mentorship, and practical training, you’ll gain the foundation needed to launch a career in sales—with the opportunity to continue growing with Convergenz beyond the internship.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic team environment
- Able to work on-site in Addison, TX at least 2 days per week
Internship Experience & Development:
- Duration: 8–12 weeks, 20–30 hours per week (flexible based on program requirements and availability)
- Learn recruiting and business development best practices
- Receive one-on-one mentorship with experienced recruiters and sales professionals
- Gain exposure to cutting-edge staffing technology and industry insights
