Back At Zero | Operations Associate | DivInc

This position at Back At Zero is a full-time, paid Operations Associate Intern in Operations, based remote or hybrid (Houston, TX), at 35 hours/week, $22/hr. It’s for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field and lasts for the internship term (up to 10 weeks). Interns will analyze and optimize workflows, build KPI dashboards, and document SOPs to improve organizational scalability. This role provides hands-on experience in operational strategy within a mission-driven organization and is ideal for students interested in business operations, systems design, and performance management. This is a role with a startup in the Blackstone LaunchPad Internship Program, through this startup’s relationship with LaunchPad nonprofit partner, DivInc. Salary: $22hr
