USA Entertainment Ventures is offering a unique opportunity for aspiring creators, digital storytellers, and emerging brand ambassadors to develop the real‑world skills used by today’s most impactful influencers and content innovators. As an Influencer & Digital Strategy Intern, you’ll work across multiple platforms — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, blogs, and more — to craft compelling narratives, build authentic audience connections, and strengthen both your personal brand and USAEV’s digital presence.
You’ll learn how to plan and execute creator‑driven campaigns, develop platform‑specific content strategies, and collaborate with our media, video, and communications teams to shape stories that resonate across youth culture, community initiatives, and digital entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
🎨 Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute content ideas across video, audio, social, and written formats.
- Assist in producing content for USAEV and partner brands across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long‑form video, and podcast segments.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to design high‑engagement posts, graphics, and scripts aligned with brand tone and audience goals.
📈 Platform Growth & Audience Engagement
- Learn and implement techniques for growing followers, boosting engagement, and analyzing reach across channels.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and content styles to ensure brand relevance and voice consistency.
🤝 Influencer Campaigns & Brand Partnerships
- Support the creation and launch of influencer campaigns for in‑house and partner initiatives.
- Research and identify emerging influencers for collaborations, giveaways, partnerships, and cross‑promotions.
- Work closely with PR and sales teams to align influencer content with broader brand messaging.
🎬 Media Integration & Analytics
- Collaborate with video, podcast, and editorial teams to amplify content across broadcast, social, and web channels.
- Track analytics, performance metrics, and engagement reports to refine strategy and present insights.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, PR, Journalism, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Strong interest in building a personal or professional brand as a digital influencer or strategist.
- Basic skills in video editing, graphic design, or podcast/audio production are a plus.
- Familiarity with major platforms and tools: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Canva, and AI‑powered social media tools.
- Excellent visual and verbal storytelling skills.
- Highly creative, self‑motivated, and comfortable collaborating across teams and timelines.
