USA Entertainment Ventures is seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst Intern to support our purchasing, vendor management, and government contracting initiatives. This internship provides hands‑on experience in procurement strategy, market research, contract compliance, and operational documentation across entertainment, sports media, NIL programs, and youth‑centered digital initiatives.

You’ll work closely with procurement, operations, and government‑relations teams to support sourcing decisions, analyze supplier data, prepare contract materials, and contribute to USAEV’s growing portfolio of mission‑aligned partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

🏛️ Government Contracting Support

  • Assist in preparing and submitting proposals for government contracts. 
  • Collaborate with contracting officers and internal teams to understand requirements, timelines, and compliance needs.
  • Support documentation for federal, state, and local procurement opportunities.

📊 Market Research & Supplier Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess pricing structures. 
  • Analyze industry trends, cost data, and competitive benchmarks to inform procurement strategy.
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities and alignment with USAEV’s operational needs.

📑 Contract Compliance & Documentation

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with government regulations and contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Public Administration, or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes or government contracting (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and interested in procurement within media and government partnerships. 
  • Remote‑only position.
