USA Entertainment Ventures is seeking a passionate and imaginative Video Editing & Content Creation Intern to join our digital media team. This internship offers hands‑on experience in modern storytelling while contributing to youth‑centered projects across entertainment programming, creator‑driven series, community initiatives, and digital‑first content.

You’ll help bring fresh ideas to life through video editing, short‑form content, and creative production that supports USAEV’s mission of elevating emerging talent and delivering authentic, engaging media experiences.

Position Overview

As a Video Editing & Content Creation Intern, you will collaborate with USAEV’s creative, production, and marketing teams to produce high‑quality multimedia content. You’ll gain experience in editing, AI‑enhanced workflows, storyboarding, and cross‑platform content development — all within a fast‑moving entertainment environment.

This internship is ideal for students interested in film production, multimedia storytelling, digital content creation, or creative technology.

Key Responsibilities

🎬 Video Editing & Production

  • Edit and enhance video content for a variety of USAEV projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project goals and creative direction.
  • Use industry‑standard editing software to produce compelling visual stories.

🤖 AI‑Integrated Editing Workflows

  • Work with the team to incorporate AI tools into the video creation and editing process.
  • Explore emerging AI technologies that improve efficiency and elevate content quality.
  • Assist in developing innovative multimedia experiences using AI‑driven tools.

🎨 Creative Conceptualization

  • Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for video content aligned with USAEV’s mission and audience.
  • Assist in developing storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts for upcoming projects.

📚 Learning & Adaptation

  • Stay informed about industry trends, editing techniques, and AI‑driven content creation.
  • Learn new tools and workflows that enhance production quality and speed.

🤝 Cross‑Team Collaboration

  • Work with content creators, designers, and marketing professionals to produce cohesive multimedia projects.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative discussions.

✔️ Quality Control & Revision

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all video content.
  • Incorporate feedback and revise content to meet production standards.

🗂️ Documentation

  • Document AI‑integrated editing workflows to support future training and process development.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

  • Availability for required virtual meetings:
    • Monday — 9:00 AM MST
    • Wednesday — 10:00 AM MST
    • Friday — 8:00 AM MST
  • SkillBridge participants also meet Thursday — 9:00 AM MST
  • Knowledge of Zoom for weekly meetings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, coordinate projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain creative perspective.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, basic HTML, and Microsoft Office Suite.
