Job Title: Summer Intern

Eligible Students: Undergraduate students

School Years: Second-Years/Third-Years

Employer Name: Addictive, Compulsive, and Impulsive Disorders Lab

Job Location: University of Chicago Psychiatry Department

Employment Type: Full-time (30 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Enter, and assist in analyzing data.
  • Recruit and schedule research subjects.
  • Assist with development of data collection tools and manage data files.
  • Transcribe and code data.
  • Maintain and orders supplies.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge in relevant scientific field.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new research techniques or methods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
