Kaage Homes is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join one of the top residential real estate teams on Chicago’s North Shore.

This is an ideal role for someone who wants hands-on exposure to the real estate industry and is eager to learn how deals are sourced, relationships are built, and opportunities turn into transactions.

You’ll help identify potential buyers and sellers, initiate outreach, manage leads in our CRM, and support the early stages of the buying and selling process.

What You’ll Do

• Research and identify potential clients in the North Shore market
• Initiate outreach and help qualify new opportunities
• Track leads and relationships in the team’s CRM
• Support marketing, events, and client follow-up
