Industrial / Biomedical Engineering Intern

About the Position:

As an Industrial / Biomedical Engineering Intern, you will work closely with our operations team to evaluate and improve pharmacy workflows and systems. This internship provides hands-on experience analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and supporting projects related to logistics, packaging, and operational design within a specialty pharmacy environment.

This role offers exposure to real operational challenges and the opportunity to contribute to improvements that support the care of thousands of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with evaluating pharmacy operational workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Support process optimization projects across fulfillment and operational systems.
  • Analyze packaging, logistics, and supply chain processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operations leadership to test and implement workflow improvements.
  • Collect and interpret operational data to support process improvement initiatives.
