Position Overview

 International IT Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Manager Intern  responsible for recruiting new talent and developing internship programs in  designated geographic regions. This individual will learn to help build the next  generation of technology professionals through partnerships with universities  and professional organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit interns and entry-level professionals in assigned geographic markets
  • Develop relationships with universities and training programs
  • Organize internship and mentorship initiatives
  • Manage recruitment pipelines and candidate screening
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires
  • Support company culture and talent development initiatives

Qualifications

  • Degree seeking or recent graduate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Rotational Internship Program Management, Human Resources Management, Human Resources, or similar field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to build professional partnerships in assigned regions
  • Passion for developing young professionals

Optional Qualifications

  • Experience working with university recruitment programs preferred
  • Experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
