Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance and Testing

Test software and apply quality assurance techniques to ensure that the developed solutions meet client requirements. 

Gain practical experience in identifying and addressing software bugs and issues. 

Software Development Exposure

Participate in coding, programming tasks, and software development activities. 

Learn from expert developers and give to coding projects under mentorship. 

Client Interaction and Learning

Shadow and assist senior consultants during client meetings to observe requirement gathering and client interaction.

Gain exposure to writing user stories and understanding client relationships.

Data Analysis Support

Assist in data analysis efforts by working with data provided by clients. 

Contribute to insights and recommendations generation with the mentorship of the team. 

Data-Driven Decision Support

Learn how data analysis drives decision-making in consulting projects. 

Contribute to the preparation of data-driven recommendations. 

Project Support

Collaborate with the team to learn more about project progress, budgets, and schedules. 

Gain insights into project management processes and contribute to project documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA
  • Pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field and strong curiosity about technology and aptitude to learn and engage.
  • Basic understanding of coding principles and software development concepts. 
  • Effective soft skills for team collaboration and learning from expert engineers. 
  • Attention to detail and an eagerness to contribute to quality assurance efforts. 
  • Curiosity about data analysis and its role in decision-making. 
  • Ability to manage workload, meet objectives, and provide updates on progress.

  • Technical Skills: Java/J2EE, .Net, C++, Python, Web Development Technology (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSON), Database (Oracle), Responsive Web Design, ETL, PL/SQL, Hadoop, cloud APIs (e.g., a public cloud such as AWS, Azure, GCP or an advanced private cloud such as Google, Facebook), UX Design Skills, UI Prototyping
  • Functional Skills: System Analysis, Business Analytics (such as Power BI), Project Management, Testing, Technical and/or Creative Writing, Workshop Facilitation, HR Process Knowledge, SharePoint, Office365, Dynamics

Logistics

On-site, a minimum 3 days a week at the office or client
