Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer
Role Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated trainee with strong foundational knowledge in Java Middle‑Tier/Backend Development, preferably with exposure to financial industry concepts. As a Developer, you will work closely with both business and technology teams to design, build, and deliver high‑quality backend and full‑stack solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong problem‑solving skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. You should be able to collaborate in a supportive team environment while also demonstrating the ability to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues independently. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred for building and deploying scalable backend services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based backend services and APIs.
• Support full-stack development activities across the application lifecycle.
• Work with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deployment and scalability.
• Collaborate with business analysts and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and best‑practice adherence.
• Contribute to building high‑quality, secure, and scalable enterprise applications.
Qualification & Specialization:
• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge in Java, backend development concepts, and cloud technologies.
