As a Part-Time Student - Supplier Quality Engineering for John Deere Waterloo Works located in Waterloo, Iowa, you will:

 

  • Develop reporting tools to help track key metrics.
  • Automate and improve the efficiency of quality tasks as identified by the team.
  • Manage team SharePoint Site.
  • Participates in training and developmental assignments to gain experience.
  • Performs activities according to project plans and schedule.

 

 This position is not available to students on immigration visas

What Skills You Need

  • Strong ability to collaborate and work well with a team
  • Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong computing skills
  • Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly
  • Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly
  • Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited college/university.
  • Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in business, data & analytics, engineering, or a technology discipline; others may apply.
  • Graduation date of May 2027 or later
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above

  • Experience with PowerBI, Power Automate, Microsoft Office and SharePoint

$15 - $40 hourly based on published rates for business function and education level.
