Job Title: AI / Gen AI Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for passionate and motivated freshers to join us as AI / Gen AI Developers. In this role, you will work on next‑generation AI solutions including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent automation tailored for banking applications. The position offers hands-on learning, innovation, and exposure to enterprise‑grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop AI and Gen AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts.
• Work with LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and AI development frameworks.
• Support integration of AI solutions into enterprise applications.
• Participate in model testing, validation, fine‑tuning, and performance optimization.
• Ensure adherence to Responsible AI, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and domain teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Required Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or related specialization involving LLMs.
• Strong academic foundation in AI/ML concepts, NLP, or deep learning.
• Basic knowledge of Python, AI tools, or cloud platforms is an added advantage.
