Part-Time Student - OS Engineering - Waterloo, IA
As a Part-time Student - OS Engineering for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Waterloo, IA, you will:
• 3D modeling and engineering drawing creation and management using PTC Creo and Windchill software.
• Coordinate between Engineers and Product Verification and Validation to facilitate part movement, ordering, and logistics to aid in validation and implementation
• Maintain and develop new tools and processes for efficiency improvements
• Assist the team in identifying issues and proposing resolutions
• Support the team in defining and documenting assembly and test procedures

What Skills You Need
• Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science or Data Analytics; others may apply
• Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S local accredited college/university
• Graduation date of Spring 2027 or later
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
• Available to work during the academic year 15-20 hours/weekly between the business hours of 7 AM to 5 PM
• Available to work during the summer semester 40 hours/weekly between the business hours of 7 AM to 5 PM
• Must be able to commute to the work location in Waterloo, IA, on a weekly basis year-round (NOTE: Relocation assistance is not provided.)
• Experience with MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote) or equivalent
• Ability to work within a diverse workforce
• Initiative to complete tasks and a process-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects to meet project schedules

Education
