Role: Data Scientist

Job Summary:
We're looking for a Data Scientist to drive business growth with data-driven insights. You'll collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop predictive models and algorithms
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends
- Create data visualizations and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

- 8+ years of data science experience
- Strong Python/R skills
- Expertise in machine learning and stats
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, etc.)
