FanZ is a people‑first, creator‑driven media community dedicated to building accessible pathways into digital media, sports media, entertainment, and creator‑economy careers. Our HR team plays a central role in supporting emerging talent, coordinating internship programs, and facilitating Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge opportunities for transitioning service members.
We’re seeking motivated, detail‑oriented, mission‑driven interns who want hands‑on experience in HR operations, internship program management, SkillBridge coordination, and talent engagement. Your Learning Experience
As a Human Resources Intern at FanZ, you’ll gain real‑world experience in HR program management, recruitment coordination, SkillBridge facilitation, and employee engagement. You’ll work closely with experienced HR professionals to understand how talent pipelines are built, supported, and sustained within a fast‑growing digital media organization.
You’ll gain exposure to internship operations, military‑to‑civilian transition pathways, digital recruitment strategies, and HR best practices across the entertainment and creator‑driven landscape.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Internship Program Management
- Support the development and execution of internship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship coordination.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs and support program logistics.
- Maintain documentation, schedules, and communication workflows.
🎖️ SkillBridge Hiring & Military Transition Support
- Assist with the SkillBridge hiring process for transitioning service members.
- Coordinate with DoD SkillBridge representatives and military installations to identify candidates.
- Support documentation, scheduling, and communication throughout the transition process.
📣 Social Media Talent Outreach
- Use social platforms to support talent acquisition and job placement initiatives.
- Develop outreach strategies to reach diverse candidate pools and strengthen FanZ’s employer brand.
🤝 Employee Engagement & Culture Support
- Assist with engagement initiatives such as surveys, events, recognition programs, and internal communications.
- Help foster a positive, inclusive, mission‑aligned workplace culture.
📚 Learning & Development
- Stay informed on HR best practices, compliance considerations, and industry trends.
- Support training, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Meetings
- Mondays @ 9:00 AM MST
- Wednesdays @ 10:00 AM MST
- Fridays @ 8:00 AM MST
- SkillBridge participants: Thursdays @ 9:00 AM MST
Do You Have the Drive?
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with internship program management is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about talent development and inclusive hiring.
