Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Management Intern to support product development and operational initiatives at Connex AI. The intern will work closely with founders, developers, and cross‑functional teams to track projects, coordinate tasks, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating product development projects
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
- Support communication between engineering, design, and business teams
- Help document workflows, product requirements, and development processes
- Maintain project boards using tools such as Notion, Trello, Asana, or Jira
- Prepare status updates, meeting notes, and project reports
- Assist with testing coordination and release planning
Qualifications
Education
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience using project management tools such as Notion, Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Interest in AI, healthcare technology, or startup operations
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development processes
