Role Overview

We are seeking a Branding & Marketing Intern to support the development and execution of VidaSana’s brand strategy, digital marketing initiatives, and content ecosystem. This is a structured, learning-focused internship experience designed for students who want hands-on exposure to brand development, digital marketing strategy, content creation, and startup growth marketing. Interns will work closely with the CEO and marketing leadership team and contribute to real projects tied to active brand and product initiatives. The goal of this internship is to provide practical experience in applying marketing and branding principles within a real-world startup environment, while developing a strong professional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Identity Development

  • Support execution of brand strategy across digital platforms
  • Help maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity
  • Assist in refining brand guidelines and positioning

Content Creation & Marketing Support

  • Assist in creating marketing content for social media, web, and campaigns
  • Support development of presentations, brand materials, and promotional assets
  • Contribute to content planning and campaign execution

Social Media & Digital Engagement

  • Assist with social media content planning and scheduling
  • Help maintain consistent engagement across platforms
  • Support growth of brand awareness through digital channels

Campaign Support & Analytics

  • Assist in marketing campaigns for product updates, partnerships, and launches
  • Track engagement and basic performance metrics
  • Support reporting to improve future marketing efforts

Qualifications

Required

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field
  • Strong interest in branding, digital marketing, and social media strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Interest in startups, wellness, or consumer technology
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Basic experience with Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar tools
  • Exposure to content creation, branding, or marketing projects
  • Understanding of basic marketing metrics or analytics tools

Time Commitment

  • Remote-friendly with flexible hours (10-20 hours/week typical)
  • Designed to accommodate academic schedules
  • Unpaid (educational internship; academic credit available if applicable)
