Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to design, build, and enhance AI based digital assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The trainee will work closely with senior team members to develop intelligent agents, automate workflows, and support business users in adopting AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Build AI assistants and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Automate repetitive steps by converting them into simple AI driven workflows.
• Integrate AI assistants with internal systems under the guidance of senior staff.
• Test and validate AI assistants to ensure they provide accurate, compliant, and helpful responses.
• Document the AI assistant’s functionality for easy adoption by business teams.

Required Technical Skills
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code development platforms.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Power Fx, JavaScript, or Python).
• Understanding of business processes and workflow automation concepts.

Qualification
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
• Strong passion and enthusiasm for Generative AI and Applied AI.

Unique Experience from This Role
• Hands-on exposure to developing real AI assistants/agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio or Google Gemini Enterprise Studio.
• Practical experience working on end-to-end AI assistant development lifecycle.
